Equilibrium
Every day they throw little gel capsules through the hole in our cell.
Sometimes some of us eat them. But we know we're just guinea pigs.
And sooner or later they come and take you.
Im starving beyond movement. My mind wanders.
Today I realise I no longer have a choice. If I don't take the pills, I will die soon.
And if I die I cant fight them. I drift in and out of consciousness.
Some days unnumbered pass and I feel my strength returning.
I begin talking to the others. Another man, a Dentist , has also been taking the pills. He wants to talk.
"Its our patterns" he says. "that's how they monitor us. As long as we don't repeat the same

Im really enjoying getting back to people after many years of almost entirely landscapes and seascapes. Exploring characters and allowing imagination to become a major element again.
I know Im following my bliss when my work strts appearing in my dreams as well. :-)

Great image! I love how their profiles kind look like they'd fit together nicely. Like a balance of each other. The way when you look at a world map and you can easily picture europe and africa fitting nicely up against the americas.

yeah I thought Id put up sketches as they go, and see what kind of response appeared. If its a strong reaction then Ill decide whether they're paint worthy or size worthy etc.
My house is full of half finished pics that seemed like a good idea at the time.
